Peer Review Policy

ACUJET employs a double-blind peer review system to ensure objectivity and confidentiality. Submitted manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. The review process is typically completed within 6 weeks. Manuscripts are checked for plagiarism prior to review, and only original, unpublished work is considered.

Publication Frequency

Submissions are accepted throughout the year. Articles are published on a rolling basis—as soon as they are accepted following peer review. A print version is made available yearly to interested institutions and individuals.

Plagiarism and Ethical Policy

ACUJET maintains strict ethical standards and does not tolerate plagiarism, copyright infringement, or multiple submissions. Authors must ensure:

  • The work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
  • Proper credit is given to all sources.
  • The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.
  • No content is reproduced without permission.

Violations may result in manuscript rejection, retraction, or blacklisting of authors for a specified duration.

Responsibilities of the Authors

Authors submitting to ACUJET must affirm that:

  • They have disclosed any conflicts of interest.
  • All co-authors have agreed to the submission.
  • Data is accurately presented and cited.

Procedures for Suspected Misconduct (Before Publication)

If suspected ethical issues are identified before publication:

  • No or unsatisfactory response: The paper may be withdrawn, and authors barred for up to 5 years.
  • Minor issue: A correction may be requested before proceeding.
  • Simultaneous submission or prior publication: The journal may reject the manuscript or request clarification from other publishers.

Procedures for Misconduct (After Publication)

If a published article is found to breach ethical policies:

  • The article may be withdrawn or retracted.
  • A retraction notice may be issued on the journal and indexing platforms.
  • Authors may be blacklisted for up to 5 years.
  • Errata may be issued in cases of minor, unintentional errors.

Disciplinary Procedures for Members

If the author is a member of ACUJET and is found to have violated journal policies, the matter may be referred to the journal’s Disciplinary Board for appropriate actions under the journal’s bylaws.

Disputes Between Authors and Third Parties

In cases of allegations from third parties regarding plagiarism or copyright infringement:

  • ACUJET encourages independent resolution between parties.
  • ACUJET will not mediate such disputes but may pause publication.
  • Final decisions on publication or withdrawal will be based on internal review and outcomes from formal mediation, arbitration, or court rulings.
